For those of you who have been following me on Hometalk.com, you are already aware of all the work that went into making this 1964, single-wide, mobile home into what it is today. We have enjoyed living in it for the past two and half years. However, we will eventually be moving to North Carolina and therefore will be putting our little house on the market. If you are interested in buying it, please leave a comment. It is located in Rancho Cordova, California in a gated senior park and the lot space per month is under $700. Take a look around and let others know who are 55+ and would like to own this little house. Let me know if you have any questions. It will come with lots of little extra's!
Living Room will come with the floor to ceiling oak wall unit, the Faux Fireplace Heater, the floor lamp, and the large framed mirror.
Kitchen includes a new refrigerator, new Range Top, microwave, toaster oven, and a wave oven. If you want the built in desk that can also be arranged. Plus the glass canisters that are part of the cool kitchen cubby hole.
The Bathroom retains the retro feels and has wonderful storage for all your linens and toiletries. I even keep my sewing machine at easy reach. The lower lined baskets and hamper are included, as well as, everything you see around the sink area and on the walls.
There breakfast bar is fabulous for your meals. It is high enough to see the morning activity out the kitchen windows. The bar stools are included with the house. Of course, did I mention we have a few critters living inside the breakfast bar. But, don't worry - they really don't eat much!
The Bedroom has tons of great built-ins so you don't need any other furniture besides your bed. Queen size is perfect for this room and allows enough room on either side to comfortable move around the room. The framed window treatment comes with the house as well as all the built-ins we hung around the bed which make great nightstands.
Of course, the highlight of the house (that everyone absolutely loves), is the hand-painted living room floor.
This little house can be yours come early Spring.
Hope you enjoyed this little house tour and if you know anyone who might be interested, be sure to leave a comment and request a contact.
